Alistus organizes pre-consultation, but it does not replace clinical judgment or professional responsibility.
These terms describe the role of the platform, the scope of the service and the general responsibilities of the people using it. They are written for clinics, assistants, doctors and patients.
1. Nature of the service
Alistus is a capture, organization and prior-review layer. Its purpose is to help order information before a consultation, evaluation or calendar decision. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment or professional clinical judgment.
2. Activation and access
Access to Alistus is not self-serve. Accounts are activated manually after internal review and may be configured around the workflow of each clinic or team.
3. Responsibility of the clinic or professional
The clinic and its professionals remain responsible for clinical use, interpretation of the information received and any decision taken from the case.
4. Responsibility of the patient or sender
The patient or sender should aim to provide truthful, relevant and as-complete-as-possible information within the requested flow.
5. Availability and improvements
Alistus aims to maintain reasonable operating continuity, but it may update, adjust or improve service components as part of product evolution and security controls.
6. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful activities, for uploading material unrelated to pre-consultation or for attempting unauthorized access to information or features.
